According to ConocoPhillips’ plan, the company expects the production rate of LNG will be 3.7 million tonnes per year, and 1.5 million barrels of condensate per year. While appropriate commercial arrangements are yet to be put in place, it is proposed to connect the new subsea gas export pipeline to the existing Bayu-Undan to Darwin gas export pipeline which feeds the onshore Darwin Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) facility at Wickham Point, NT.This would allow transport of dry gas from the Barossa Field to Darwin for liquefaction and export. Gas from the Barossa Field would replace the existing supply from the Bayu-Undan Field following its anticipated depletion in 2022.As the new gas export pipeline route is still subject to refinement, a corridor has been identified for the purposes of the early stage Offshore Project Proposal (OPP) to allow flexibility for placement pending further engineering and environmental investigations.Potential future staged development in the smaller Caldita Field to the south in retention lease NT/RL6 has also been allowed for in the development concept. The development is anticipated to produce natural gas and light condensate. The expected LNG and condensate production rates are approximately 3.7 million tonnes per annum and 1.5 million barrels per year, respectively. The life of the project is expected to be approximately 25 years from first gas, which is targeted for 2023.Approval of an OPP does not permit an activity to start, as ConocoPhillips must also have all other required documents accepted (including an environment plan) prior to starting any activity.ConocoPhillips will now continue through the regulatory approval process and start work on an environment plan for submission to NOPSEMA for assessment.Offshore Energy Today Staff Australian offshore safety regulator NOPSEMA has approved ConocoPhillips’ Barossa field Offshore Project Proposal (OPP), following 8 weeks of public consideration and comment. The U.S. oil and gas company is proposing to develop hydrocarbon resources in the Barossa gas and condensate field Timor Sea using an FPSO unit. The company is targeting the final investment decision for 2019, with first gas expected in 2023.The Barossa Area Development is located in Australian Commonwealth waters within the Bonaparte Basin, approximately 300 kilometers (km) north of Darwin, Northern Territory (NT).The development concept includes a permanently moored FPSO facility, subsea production system, supporting in-field subsea infrastructure in the Barossa Field (petroleum retention lease NT/RL5) and a subsea gas export pipeline. The FPSO facility will separate the natural gas and condensate extracted from the field with the condensate exported directly from the FPSO facility to offtake tankers in the Barossa offshore development area and the dry gas transported via a subsea gas export pipeline for onshore processing.FID in 2019, production in 2023

He announced his decision via a music video released by the Bleacher Report. With the signing of Marshall and the earlier commitments of five-star defensive tackle Rasheem Green and four-star linebacker John Houston, Jr., USC’s 2015 class has leaped past Alabama to No. 1 on the most recent rankings by Rivals.comThe nation’s No. 4-ranked recruit nationally and top-ranked player in California, according to 247Sports, chose USC over LSU, Florida State, Michigan and Notre Dame. The 6-foot-1, 190-pound Marshall played on both sides of the ball last season for the Jackrabbits and was also recruited by wide receivers coach Tee Martin.Marshall’s commitment came about a couple of hours after USC landed Green and Houston, both out of USC feeder school Junipero Serra High School in Gardena, California.By completing a perfect run for all of USC’s main targets down the stretch including five-star linebacker Osa Masina and four-star Porter Gustin, head coach Steve Sarkisian will be welcoming what is being considered as one of the best classes in Trojans history. This is the program’s first recruiting class since NCAA sanctions officially ended this past year.Sarkisian is expected to give a press conference to wrap up the Trojans’ Signing Day at 4:30 p.m. at the John McKay Center.
The UEFA Executive Committee today confirmed that the postponed UEFA Women’s EURO 2021 will be played in England from 6 July to 31 July 2022. It is planned to use the same venues that were originally proposed to host the event.Commenting on the rescheduling, UEFA president Aleksander Čeferin said: “When we had to take an urgent decision on the postponement of UEFA EURO 2020, we always had the impact on UEFA Women’s EURO 2021 in mind. We have carefully considered all options, with our commitment to the growth of women’s football at the forefront of our thinking. By moving UEFA Women’s EURO to the following year, we are ensuring that our flagship women’s competition will be the only major football tournament of the summer, providing it with the spotlight it deserves.”The decision to move UEFA Women’s EURO came after UEFA announced on 17 March that UEFA EURO 2020 would be postponed to 2021 following the global outbreak of COVID-19 and the duty of UEFA to protect the health of all those involved in the game, while allowing domestic leagues and European competitions to be completed.

Kellen Mond, Texas A&MMond took over as the starter as a freshman with the Aggies, and he has put up 52 TDs to just 24 interceptions. He had 501 rushing yards and eight TDs last season, and the 6-3, 217-pounder will be among the best second-tier quarterbacks on the board. He could sneak into the first round like Utah State’s Jordan Love did in 2020.5. KJ Costello, Mississippi StateCostello played in 29 games at Stanford the last three seasons, but a concussion and thumb injury cut last season short. He transferred to Mississippi State, where the numbers will be there in Mike Leach’s pass-happy offense.Gardner Minshew and Luke Falk have stuck on NFL rosters in recent seasons. Costello’s experiences with the Cardinal and Bulldogs will give him a shot, too. The 2021 NFL Draft quarterback class features one of the most hyped prospects in recent memory in Clemson’s Trevor Lawrence. The soon-to-be-junior could have been in the conversation for the No. 1 pick in the last two NFL Drafts. Lawrence has led the Tigers to a pair of College Football Playoff championship appearances and is 25-1 as a starter at the college level. Sam Ehlinger, TexasEhlinger will be one of the more interesting quarterbacks on the board next year because of his unique skillset. The 6-3, 230-pound quarterback returned for his senior year, and he has piled up 68 passing TDs and 25 rushing TDs with the Longhorns.Ehlinger’s accuracy has improved with each season, and that will need to continue heading into the next level.7. Tanner Morgan, MinnesotaMorgan fit well in P.J. Fleck’s offense, and it didn’t hurt to have Tyler Johnson and Rashod Bateman to throw to, as well.Morgan averaged 10.2 yards per passing attempt and finished with 30 TDs and just 7 interceptions. He isn’t a threat in the running game, and that could be held against him over some more mobile QBs.8. Brock Purdy, Iowa StatePurdy has 43 TDs and just 16 interceptions in two seasons with the Cyclones, and another year with Matt Campbell should foster the development. Purdy also has 13 rushing TDs and is mobile in a 6-1, 210-pound frame.Purdy has eight games with 300 or more passing yards with Iowa State. Trevor Lawrence, Clemson The 6-6, 220-pound star passer has a rocket arm and proved last season he is faster than advertised. He has passed for 66 TDs and 12 interceptions over last two seasons and has rushed for 10 TDs.There will be a “Tank for Trevor” campaign in his honor, and it’s hard to picture anybody else going No. 1. This is a sure thing in the vein of John Elway, Peyton Manning and Andrew Luck.2. Justin Fields, Ohio StateFields is the only quarterback who could make a run at Lawrence for the No. 1 overall pick. The two have been squaring off since their high school days at the Elite 11, and last year’s Fiesta Bowl matchup could be a sign of things to come.Fields was a Heisman Trophy finalist last season after passing for 41 TDs and just three interceptions in Ryan Day’s offense. He will be even better (if that’s possible) in his second year in the system. The added running dimension (484 yards, 10 TDs) sweetens the deal.3. Jamie Newman, Georgia Newman accounted for 2,868 passing yards, 574 yards and 32 total TDs with Wake Forest last season, but he is now a graduate transfer at a top-five program in Georgia. He will be paired with former Browns offensive coordinator Todd Monken, and that should offer a preview of what this dual-threat quarterback will be able to do at the next level.Newman could be next year’s version of Jalen Hurts at the college level and at the NFL Combine.NFL DRAFT BIG BOARD:The top 50 prospects in the 2021 NFL Draft Lawrence is not the only talented player in next year’s quarterback class. Kyle Trask, FloridaTrask’s star took off last season when he stepped in for an injured Feleipe Franks. Trask improved with each week in Dan Mullen’s system, and he finished with 2,941 yards, 25 TDs and just 7 interceptions. He has the size at 6-5, 239 pounds that will at least generate a middle-round look.10. Ian Book, Notre DameBook returned for his senior season with the Irish, and he has big-game experience as a starter the last two years. He has 57 career TD passes and will move into at least second in that category with Notre Dame next season.Book will need improve on pushing the ball downfield in the vertical passing game in order to move up draft boards.
