Over the course of two years, Lesh has held a concert in honor of every year of the Dead’s 30-year career, starting with 1965 and working his way forward.It seems we’re heading towards the end, as Lesh recreated a famed Grateful Dead concert from their penultimate year – 1994. The show of choice was the Dead at Madison Square Garden on October 13, 1994, performed by Phil Lesh at his own venue, Terrapin Crossroads. Lesh performed with the elite regulars of the San Rafael, CA haunt, including Stu Allen, Grahame Lesh, Scott Guberman, Ezra Lipp and Alex Koford.After an opening discussion with Lesh and photographer Jay Blakesberg, the show commenced with a “Touch Of Grey” opener.
