Brian Wilson Adds 42 New Dates To Pet Sounds 50th Tour Due To Popular Demand

first_imgThroughout 2016, Brian Wilson hit the road to celebrate the 50th anniversary of The Beach Boys‘ 1966 studio masterpiece Pet Sounds, making his way through Australia, Japan, and the U.K. before embarking on a lengthy (99-date) tour of the States which ran through much of the summer and fall.Today, Wilson has announced yet another crop of dates recently added to the 50th anniversary Pet Sounds world tour for 2017–42 of them, to be exact, 22 overseas and 20 in the U.S. Says Wilson in a message to fans on his website about the new dates, “We’re performing more shows than ever before and the fans keep asking for more!
