Fort St. John RCMP holding information sessions on Auxiliary Constable Program

first_imgFort St. John RCMP is looking for volunteers to take part in the Auxiliary Constable Program. Mandatory information sessions are coming up for those that would like to participate.Corporal Jodi Shelkie said, “We are looking for individuals with an interest in making our community a safer place for families, businesses, visitors and citizens. Auxiliaries come from many different backgrounds, but they all have the same goal in mind – to make Fort St. John a safer place.”Auxiliary constables will be tasked with assisting officers in crime prevention programs, and assisting officers in the field in a variety of situations.
